Our management team
The Intevo senior management team provides a unique breadth and depth of experience. We have over 25 years of senior roles in the world’s premier events and nearly 40 years providing professional services to corporate and non-profits.
Denis Doolan: Denis has over twelve years’ experience with commercial and not-for-profit organisations in the UK, Australia and Ireland. His approach to training and development is based on a strong background in operational and event management which has been complemented by strategic planning and business consultancy roles in recent years.

Denis has proven expertise in combining attention to detail with well-developed written, oral and electronic communication skills to plan and deliver training and development programmes to meet client requirements. He has successfully worked with a wide variety of teams, involving paid and unpaid staff up to Director and Board levels, both as a full-time staff member and as an external trainer.
His background and experience, combined with a positive style built on strong facilitation and integration skills, position Denis as a trainer who can work with an organisation to align its strategic objectives with training plans that can be implemented on time and to budget.
Ronan Kitching: Ronan has extensive experience in operational planning and project management for numerous Olympic Games and many other events.
He undertook senior management and operational roles at Sydney 2000, Salt Lake 2002, Athens 2004 and Torino 2006 and was an Operations Director at the 2003 Special Olympics World Summer Games in Ireland.
Most recently Ronan was Director of Operations at TicketText during start-up and initial year of operation and still consults to them on operational projects.
Murton Mann: Murton has over 15 years experience in senior level consultancy, and operations and programme management in the major events, corporate and not-for-profit sectors.
Key strengths are in the areas of strategy development, business planning, organisation development and implementation.
Key projects include Torino 2006, Dublin 2003; consultancy to Special Olympics International; set-up of numerous commercial companies in South Africa, Europe, the Middle East and South America.
