Regional Logistics Manager

This 15 month assignment was as regional logistics manager for the 15th Asian Games, held in Doha, Qatar in December 2006.

In this role, responsibilities were for all for logistics operations, including site management, across 10 competition & non-competition venues. The role also required management of several specialist logistics operations projects including:

• Athlete’s Village fit-out
• planning the distribution of 60,000 uniforms
• coordination of equestrian importation
• equestrian transport
• veterinary operations
• operations of Logistics Command Centre on behalf of Venue Logistics.
