Staff Analysis – Planning Reviews
For the Melbourne 2006 Commonwealth Games, members of the Intevo team were asked to conduct reviews of planning and staff numbers across all Games venues contributing to working out solutions to planning issues and confirming staff numbers required to deliver the event.
Staffing Review
- Analysis of volunteer and paid workforce plan to determine critical roles, suitable staff numbers, identifying possible staff reductions as well as identifying potential risk exposure
Operational Planning Reviews
- Operational reviews of event operations plans for all venues – identifying operational risks and recommending operational solutions
