Bid Manager

An Intevo Director was appointed by a Middle East and Africa telecoms and media operator as overall end-to-end Bid Manager for the competitive bid for the 3 rd mobile license in The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Operating in a challenging commercial environment the Bid was successfully submitted. The complex role involved programme management across a number of countries as well as expert input to the bid and included:

• analysis of regulation
• market analysis
• expert input into development of the market entry strategy and business plans
• supplier negotiation
• shareholder negotiation
• funding support
• Board and executive team presentations
• programme management of all aspects of the bid including: bid compliance requirements, development of bid strategy, bid team management, production of the bid documents .
