This business optimisation project for a multi-million € European healthcare charity provided efficiency savings and delivered a long term plan to deliver increased automation and operating efficiencies.

The project involved the restructuring of operations, reengineering of processes, and specification and implementation of a new operational support system (OSS).

The assignment was an initial 3 months full time plus 12 months part-time and covered:

• design and implementation of reorganisation of operating structure
• reengineering and implementation of new operational processes to improved efficiency and ensured success of new organisation structure
• specification of new operational support system (OSS) to manage care services, and staff scheduling & tracking system
• managed tender for the selection of new OSS
• design of supporting documents to support processes.
