Games Coordination Committee
Intevo has an ongoing role on the Games Coordination Committee for the Special Olympics European Summer Games to be held in Warsaw in July 2010.
The Games will involve over 1,500 athletes and 400 coaches from 58 countries from across Europe/Eurasia. The event will also include a host town program across Europe and Eurasia; torch run through Europe; policy, family and youth forums.
Technical Manual, Euro/Eurasia Guide

Special Olympics Europe/Eurasia requested the production of a technical manual covering Ceremonies, in particular focussing on the Athlete Parade and Artistic Programme for use in the Euro/Eurasia region. The guide is currently in final review and will potentially be developed into a worldwide guide.
This operational guide covered operational aspects of the design, implementation and management of the Athlete Parade Medical and the related elements of the Artistic Programme at a Special Olympics. Example contents covered include:

Development of 4 year business plan
As part of the development of Special Olympics Europe/Eurasia’s (SOEE) strategy and multi-million pound funding bid, we were assigned to produce the business plan (financial modelling). This 4 year business plan and analysis addressed the income and expenditure for SOEE headquarters covering all 58 countries
Responsibilities included:
